I feel like these glitters are underrated – @makeupcommunity, why are y’all not talking about this that fell from heaven?
If you have read my blog posts that reviews Urban Decay makeup, then you would know that I’m not the biggest fan, but I still somehow manage to buy everything they release. You can never know if you like something ’till you try it right?
One of the glitters that I own is this gold / a little bit of silver. I really like this glitter for multiple reasons. One of them being that it can “spice” up and bland and boring look. For example, there are days where I’m either drowning in school work, or laziness kicks in and I’m not in the mood for a full out look – but I still want to put on some makeup. This is the part where the glitter becomes the hero, I put on some eyeliner (a little thicker than usual) then I spread the glitter over it, and BAM – you got an awesome makeup look that took little to no effort.
The other glitter that I own is a blue one, and I watched one of KathleenLight’s tutorials and she used this color, and I wanted to recreate the look (never happened) but I still used this glitter nonetheless. Similarly to the gold one, I use this glitter for the same reasons. Another reason as to why I really like this glitter is because it’s super pigmented – if that makes sense. You don’t need to put your brush in the tube 20 times to get some products, once (at most twice) is more than enough for your whole liner.
I was hesitant to buying this glitter at first because I know what glitter is like – it’s hard to take off. But these don’t have that problem, use one makeup wipe and you’re good to go.
I really do recommend these glitters, especially if you’re the type of person that doesn’t feel like putting in a lot of effort to your makeup looks. (It will make it seem like as though you did put in a lot of effort)
