about a week ago, i told you guys about the amazing william sonoma’s hot chocolate, the peppermint flavor. yesterday i tried for the first time the salted caramel hot chocolate, and it is the best thing ever. even though its like 100f here. (peppermint hot chocolate)
just like last time, you put a specific amount of milk, and then a specific amount of the powder. the longer you wait, the more thick and creamier it will be. let the milk heat up for a few minutes, make sure you don’t burn it, then add in the powder and stir.
if you are a huge fan of salted caramel, definitely try it out. if you aren’t, you should as well try it out. in my opinion, it wasn’t any difference than just a regular hot chocolate, it just has a bit of salt to it.
